What we collect, and where it comes from
The waitlist form: work email, company name, trade, state, current EMR (if you know it), and a one-line description of your situation.
The EMR calculator: your EMR, premium, and bid threshold are used to run the calculation in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose to email yourself the result, we also collect your email and derive one field ("blocked" or "check") from whether your number cleared the threshold you entered.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they use the calculator or join the waitlist. GA4 does not store full IP addresses; the version we've configured sends an IP-anonymization signal on every pageview, and Google's own GA4 processing already avoids storing full IPs by default. We do not use Analytics to identify individual visitors.
Documents, once we're taking paid orders: experience rating worksheets, loss runs, declarations pages, and payroll records you upload for your verification. Loss runs can include injured workers' names and injury details; we treat every uploaded document as sensitive.
We don't use cookies or tracking beyond what GA4 sets automatically, and we don't run advertising pixels.
Where it's stored
Waitlist and calculator contact information is written directly to our CRM, HubSpot, using HubSpot's API with a scoped access token. It is not passed through any other third party first. Analytics data is stored by Google under our GA4 property.
How we use it
To tell you when we open for orders, to follow up on waitlist signups, and to see which pages and tools are actually helping visitors, through aggregate analytics, not individual tracking. Once we're taking orders, the same contact record is used to deliver the verification you paid for.
What we don't do
We do not sell contact information or documents to anyone. We do not share documents outside the people performing your analysis. We do not use waitlist or calculator data for anything other than the waitlist, follow-up, and, post-launch, fulfilling paid orders.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information and any documents you send us for 24 months from your last activity with us, a waitlist signup, a calculator email, or a delivered report, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your documents or your contact record at any time by emailing hello@bidreadymod.com.
