What we collect

Contact details you give us (email, company, trade, state), the numbers you enter in our calculator if you choose to save results, and — for paid orders — the documents you upload: experience rating worksheets, loss runs, declarations pages, and payroll records. Loss runs can include names of injured workers and injury details; we treat every uploaded document as sensitive.

How we use it

To perform the analysis you ordered, to communicate with you about it, and to send the follow-ups you opt into. We do not sell your information and we do not share your documents with anyone outside the people performing your analysis.

How we store it

Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection to private, encrypted storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people performing your analysis. Uploaded documents are deleted automatically [X] days after delivery of your report unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your documents or your contact record at any time by emailing hello@bidreadymod.com.
